At birth we all are given a gift
A gift so rare and true
They will be beside you everywhere
A guardian especially for you

Without you knowing when you think
Whew! that was a bit too close
If it's not your time then your angel
Will stop you being toast!

They are not the same and full of love
Sometimes when it's crossed your mind;
Your angel is the one who's put it there
A resolution for you to find

A closer friend there will never be
Than your own angel by your side;
To support and guide you when they can
Doing wrong they cannot abide

We know what's right and wrong my friend
We feel it deep inside
If we ignore it long enough though
That inner feeling it will have died

There is no action without reaction
No thought without a consequence
So think upon something more than twice
Before you have it on your conscience

**

You have to have a dream to make a dream come true!
The angels can be of help but it's really down to you;
If you want blessings rather than heaps of rubble
Then what you've got to do, is stay out of trouble

**

Idle hands make work for the devil
Or that's how the saying goes
Just keep on helping all others
And you will surely grow

**

There are angels in the Heavens,
There are angels on the ground.
There are angels all around you,
Just waiting to be found.
So when you are feeling lonely
Or just a little blue,
Open your eyes to see the angels,
They are there, waiting for you.
